Great Barrier Reef where the tour was fantastic from start to finish, with plenty of time for yourself and the water if you so desire. The buffet lunch is also excellent, featuring home-cooked entrees that are tasty.  There were 90 people on the boat, but it didn’t feel that way because the boat was really big and you weren’t piled on top of each other. The guide was quite knowledgeable about the marine ecosystem and provided us with a unique viewpoint on the natural beauty of the reef.

At the end of the day, a staff member gave a presentation about the marine ecosystem. He had an iPad and was flicking photographs of tropical fish, sea turtles, and reef sharks and giving out incredibly amazing statistics about the fish species.

When compared to locations on the reef without speakers, those with speakers attract twice as many fish. 93% of the Reef is now damaged by coral bleaching.
